How many people speak English in Brazil?

According to a recent study by the British Council, unfortunately, only 5% of Brazilians speak
English, and only 1% can communicate fluently.

In some places, you may be able to speak in English, such as at the airport, in your hotel,
and at tourist attractions.

But in most other situations, you probably won’t be able to communicate.
Imagine if you need to ask for information on the street, if you want to shop in a store,
or order food in a restaurant? I have personally helped a tourist in a restaurant because the
waiter didn’t understand anything at all!

I always tell all foreigners that before coming to Brazil, it is important to
learn a few words in Portuguese to avoid some problems. That’s why I wrote the book
“YOU NEED TO READ THIS BOOK BEFORE TRAVELING TO BRAZIL.”

This book is a mini English-Portuguese dictionary with over 2000 words divided into 50 different
themes, covering the main situations a tourist will experience when coming to Brazil.
In this book, you will learn words and phrases that will make your life in Brazil much easier!
Additionally, the book includes audio so you can also learn the pronunciation of these words.

So, before coming here, YOU NEED TO READ THIS BOOK BEFORE TRAVELING TO BRAZIL.
